Abstract
The reticulo-endothelial system of hamsters is not bby even heavy doses of Leishmania infantum. Most of such infected animals seem to be significantly protected against P. berghei infections and to a lesser degree against Babesia rodhaini. The factors producing such protection are not as yet determined. Keywords
