Abstract
A case of supravalvular aortic stenosis is described. The diagnosis was suspected from pressure curves obtained at retrograde catheterization of the left ventricle. At operation a circular narrowing of the aorta 2 cm. above the valvular ring was seen. No attempt at surgical correction was made; the patient died at the end of the operation. Keywords
