Abstract
The clinical findings in a patient with recurrent paroxysms of oscillopsia and fixation nystagmus associated with a cerebellopontine angle cholesteatoma are presented. The onset of oscillopsia was associated with unilateral loss of vestibular function. Oscillopsia is a rare symptom, which may be associated with lesions involving the vestibular nerve as well as those involving the vestibulo-ocular pathways in the brainstem. Keywords
