Abstract
A 20-year-old woman experienced recurrent and sometimes multiple retinal and cerebral arterial occlusions over a period of 2 1/2 years. Coagulation studies revealed only minor abnormalities such as raised beta-thromboglobulin and an increased euglobulin lysis time which, together with a history of migraine, may have been of etiological significance. The nature of this condition remains obscure and, no satisfactory treatment has been found so far. Keywords
