Abstract
A cell suspension was irradiated with UV for 3 min and a segregation culture performed on a yeast-sucrose agar (YS) for 15 h. Segregates were plated on YS agar and incubated for 5 days. Colonies were replicated on minimal agar medium and colonies not giving brown hyphal colonies were isolated as mating-less mutants. Strains (97) were isolated and grouped by mating tube-forming ability and mating ability. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
