Abstract
A case is reported in which hypnosis was used as an adjunct in the treatment of a chronically depressed woman when, despite insight, depressive symptoms remained. A posthypnotically released emotion was developed and subsequently employed as a positive reinforcement to modify cognitions and to increase activity level. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
