Increase in blood pressure in pheochromocytoma induced by domperidone and metoclopramide.

Abstract
Administration of 2 dopamine antagonists, domperidone and metoclopramide, gave a marked rise in blood pressure with an increase in plasma catecholamines in 2 patients with pheochromocytoma. Not only metoclopramide but also domperidone might induce hypertensive crisis in pheochromocytoma.
