Abstract
A 65-year-old man who had had acne conglabata since early adult life was treated with buserelin for advanced prostatic cancer. Within 1 month of starting therapy, the inflammatory acne had completely resolved and this coincided with remission of the carcinoma. Gonadotrophin-releasing hormone analogues may be useful in the treatment of resistant acne. Keywords
