Abstract
The vectorial phase conjugation is examined using both the operation of complex conjugation applied to the vector complex amplitudes of the electromagnetic field and the temporal reversion principle. The temporal reversibility is discussed for the free electromagnetic field and the phase-conjugate field generated in the four-wave mixing. Keywords
