HD 193793, a radio-emitting Wolf-Rayet binary star

Abstract
The Wolf–Rayet binary HD 193793 has been observed as a weak, unresolved radio source. The observed flux densities do not agree with the predictions of the constant-mass-flow model of Wright & Barlow and Panagia & Felli. A variable-mass-flow model is suggested and an observational test is proposed. A comparison with γ2 Vel is made, and the parameters affecting radio emission from Wolf–Rayet stars are biefly discussed.
