Abstract
The effect of various zinc preparations and magnesium hydroxide on the apical tissues of incompletely formed premolars in dogs was studied histologically. Favorable results were obtained in 13 of 19 instances where zinc oxide and eugenol were used. Zinc oxide with water or zinc sulfate solution and magnesium hydroxide with water produced unsatisfactory results. Keywords
