Abstract
Surveys were made in 1984 and 1985 to determine the distribution of greenbug, Schizaphis graminum (Rondani), biotypes C and E on wheat in Arkansas. Results indicate that biotype C is the dominant greenbug biotype present on Arkansas wheat but that biotype E is also widely distributed throughout the wheat producing areas. The percent of biotype E varied from county to county (0.0 – 59.0%). Biotype E was detected in 24.9% of the samples taken during the two year survey of major wheat producing areas in Arkansas. Keywords
