Abstract
The solution of the problem of electromagnetic scattering from an infinite cylinder at oblique orientation of the incident plane wave is extended to cover the case of a concentric cylinder. Two cases of the concentric cylinder are considered: one in which the concentric sheath is homogeneous and one in which the refractive index of the concentric sheath shows a radial dependence. The formalism of the problem is such that the scattering intensities are amenable to machine computation. Keywords
