Abstract
The diffusion-limited reaction A + B →0 is investigated in d dimensions. Reactant molecules are supplied in pairs but with random separation and a steady-state condition is assumed. For d ≤2, it is shown that the segregation of reactants occurs and that the steady-state density depends on system size.Keywords
