Abstract
Recently Wong and Schulz have extended previous angular distribution measurements on scattering to higher vibrational states with resolution of rotational energy levels. I apply a previous theory to compute these angular distributions, and show how they can be easily understood in terms of the body-frame phase shifts and their derivatives.
