Abstract
Charles Horton Peck served as botanist of the State of New York from 1867 to 1915. During this period he described over 2700 new spp. and vars. of fungi. Peck provided an index for 2485 new spp. and vars. described from 1869 to 1908. In his subsequent publications from 1909 to 1915 he described an additional 249 new spp. and vars. An index of these fungi described during the last years of his life is presented to complete the indexing of his monumental contribution to mycology. Forty-eight new combinations made during this period are also included.
