Abstract
Good separation of Vitamin B12 analogs (mecobalamin, cobamide, cyanocobalamin and hydroxocobalamin) by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography was studied using a 37% methanol-0.04 M tartaric acid-Na2HPO4 buffer (pH 3.0) mixture as mobile phase.Keywords
