Abstract
In brief: The patient in this case report engaged in severe and prolonged exercise (six hours of tennis daily) and suffered bouts of postexercise carpopedal spasm. She was found to have Hypomagnesemia. After receiving magnesium supplements, her symptoms abated and serum magnesium normalized.Keywords
