Abstract
Tuberculous meningitis was diagnosed in a 16-year-old patient with symptoms and signs of a space-occupying process of the right hemisphere. Cranial computed tomography demonstrated focal encephalitis of the right temporoparietal region. The case reminds that tuberculous meningitis can present itself under uncommon neurologic syndromes and should, even in the presence of such unusual findings, be considered with a high index of suspicion. Keywords
