Abstract
The areas of the cat's common carotid arteries, where baroceptor activity, similar to that in the carotid sinus, has recently been discovered, have been examined histologically; the nervous structures observed were similar to those in the carotid sinus and Nonidez' area. Additional information regarding the characteristic histology of these structures is presented. Keywords
