Abstract
In 0.1M tris. pH 7 buffer containing 0.5M LiNO3, PVPDMAEMA (which exists as a cationic polyelectrolyte) was found to elute based on hydrodynamic volume on Waters Ultrahydrogel columns. Within the exclusion limit of the column set an accurate weight average molecular weight of PVPDMAEMA can be obtained by universal calibration which is in very good agreement with the SEC/LALLS result.Keywords
