Abstract
SUMMARY: A case of bilateral pelvic hydronephrosis associated with intermittent attacks of left ureteric obstruction has been treated by inserting a loop of ileum between the pelvis of the ureter and the bladder, leaving the adynamic ureter intact. The result two years later is encouraging. Keywords
