Abstract
A three-dimensional X-ray structural analysis of the pyridine solvate of bis-(N-phenylsalicylaldiminato)copper(II) has revealed a tetragonal pyramidal co-ordination arrangement in which the pyridine molecule occupies the apical position. Bond lengths are almost identical with corresponding values determined for the unsolvated complex but there are small differences in bond angles due to the additional co-ordination.Keywords
