Abstract
Detailed case histories of seven Coloured South Africans with multiple sclerosis are presented; the summary of one South African-born Indian is included. Apart from an isolated case report in 1947, this is the first time that multiple sclerosis has been reported in detail in this South African racial group. All the Coloured patients presented for the first time during the last 12 years. Keywords
