Abstract
The study included caseinogen, gelatin, edestin, fibrin, egg-albumin, and Witte-peptone. About \ of the potential arginine was liberated from caseinogen, gelatin, and Witte-peptone within 3 hrs. The others had a much slower initial rate of liberation. All of the arginine was not liberated by the trypsin. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
