Abstract
Cell extracts and culture fluids of Clostridium botulinum type A were fractionated on Sephadex G-200. Two distinct toxic units were found consistently. The molecular weights were determined from Kav values as (400 to 450) × 103 and (150 to 200) × 103.This publication has 11 references indexed in Scilit:
