Abstract
Sarcoidosis is a multisystem granulomatous disease of unknown etiology and pathogenesis, most commonly affecting young adults. It may present with bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy, pulmonary infiltrates, and skin or eye lesions. Neurologic manifestations are rare, with an estimated frequency of 5% to 6% (22, 32, 80, 97, 99), and have been the subject of only 2 large series (80, 99). Our study of 35 patients with neurosarcoidosis has allowed us to observe a wide variety of clinical manifestations and to evaluate prognosis and treatment in this disorder. Keywords
