Abstract
This young healthy patient had mild respiratory symptoms as a result of the small pneumothorax. Because nitrous oxide was used, it was resorbed in 1 h. If a similar complication developed in a patient with borderline respiratory function, extreme dyspnea and cyanosis might occur. In that event, needle aspiration of the intrathoracic gas should provide definite therapy. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
