Abstract
Three cases of pyoderma gangrenosum are presented which attempt to relate the pathogenesis to the coexistence of diabetes mellitus and rheumatoid arthritis. Vascular changes in the skin incident to diabetes mellitus and rheumatoid arthritis provide the explanation for the extent and severity of the gangrenous pyoderma as described. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
