Abstract
Intrapelvic endometriosis is a fairly common condition affecting women during their reproductive years. Extrapelvic disease is, however, very rare. We report a case where an endometrioma was found in the body of the gluteus minimus muscle, and endometrial tissue was implanted in the wound at the time of excision. Keywords
