Abstract
• A 69-year-old woman noted intermittent hemoptysis for a year and was found to have multinodular amyloidosis compressing small bronchi with resultant bronchiectasis. She died of massive pulmonary hemorrhage. Nodular amyloidosis is not necessarily a benign illness and may cause damage to adjacent bronchi.
