To the Editor: In addition to the patients described by Lee et al. (page 937, this issue), we report four further cases of this disorder in Melbourne. We call attention to unusual additional symptoms in two of our patients. The diagnosis was established by the same gas Chromatographic technic used by Lee and his colleagues.
