Abstract
A method for the quantitative measurement of the naso-lacrimal reflex is described. There are marked individual differences in the naso-lacrimal reflex value, but in the same subject the method is applicable for ascertaining whether a significant difference exists in the value on the right and left. The method is applicable, therefore, in the oto-neurological diagnosis of lesions affecting the reflex arc, i.e. mainly the central parts of the trigeminal and facial nerves. Keywords
