Abstract
One challenge to the child hypnotherapist is to maintain the child''s interest and involvement through the creative use of imagery. An approach to child hypnosis which integrates imagery based upon the child''s fantasy regarding science fiction themes is presented. This technique employs traditional phenomena such as relaxation, dissociation and suggestion. Case illustrations are presented in which this method was successfully employed. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
