Abstract
The 4.2K magnetization of several Pd-Ni alloys, with concentration up to 5% Ni was measured in magnetic fields up to 50 kOe and at pressures up to 7 kbar. The results are interpreted using a local model for the appearance of ferromagnetism by the creation of giant induced moments on the non magnetic sites. Keywords
