Abstract
Experimental measurements of ir emission (2<λ2+O2→O3+O2 are reported. This represents an extension of earlier work on the fundamental bands (8<λ1+ν3) combination band, which quantitatively supports our published fundamental band results; (b) 8 μ signals probably due to vibration–rotation transitions of a bound excited triplet state predicted by theoretical calculations; and (c) 6.6 μ emission, which may be due to 3B2→1A1 (forbidden) emission. Keywords
