Abstract
Evidence from an attached-X analysis of the garnet locus in D. melanogaster lends support to the idea that this locus exhibits the phenomenon of gene conversion. The failure to recover the double mutant chromosome suggests that the author''s earlier conclusions concerning the complexity of the garnet locus may be subject to revision. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
