Abstract
The role of ANCA, ANCA antigens, endothelial cell damage, genetic and environmental pressures, and the "activatability" of leukocytes will probably prove to be important variables in human ANCA vasculitis. The advent of a reliable animal model may open new areas of investigation and treatment of these vasculitic conditions. Keywords
