Abstract
Field-theoretical renormalisation-group technique developed by Ohta et al. is applied to the dynamics of a single polymer chain in a good solvent. The main results are: (i) the dynamic scaling is explicitly demonstrated, and (ii) the scaling function of the polymer relaxation time with the associated effective dynamic exponent which describes the crossover from the ideal gaussian chain to the regime with the excluded-volume and hydrodynamic interactions is obtained in the first orders in epsilon with epsilon =4-d,d being the spatial dimensionality.
