Abstract
A case is described with cervical pregnancy successfully treated by two 8‐day courses of methotrexate and leucovorin rescue with cervical evacuation. The apparent beneficial outcome suggests that cervical evacuation after the use of methotrexate and leucovorin rescue will be considered for treatment of cervical pregnancy whenever uterine preservation is desirable. Keywords
