Abstract
The purpose of this work was to develop a procedure for fabricating electroceramic actuators with good piezoelectric properties. The preparation of lead zirconate titanate (PZT) piezoelectric ceramic rods and tubes by extrusion processing is described. The microstructure of extrudates was investigated in comparision with different processing conditions. Finally, the measuremental results of density, dielectric and piezoelectric properties are reported and analyzed.Keywords
