Abstract
Summary An intra-uterine contraceptive device had been inserted in 23 women with uterine anomalies, 11 of them with a subseptate uterus. Contraceptive failures occurred in 8 cases and expulsion or removal for bleeding or pain in 7; 8 women used the device without complications.
