Abstract
Corethrella brakeleyi (Coquillett), a haemophagous chaoborid, is recorded for the first time in Canada. Among the insects associated with the larvae of C. brakeleyi was Culiseta melanura (Coq.), a new addition to the mosquito fauna of Quebec.Keywords
