Abstract
Some human volunteers were inoculated with the virus of Dengue fever and others with Colorado tick fever. Typical cases of these fevers ensued. Challenge of these volunteers after recovery, disclosed that the Dengue fever cases were immune to this virus but susceptible to Colorado tick fever, whereas the Colorado tick fever cases resisted reinfection with this virus but succumbed to inoculation with Dengue fever. Temp. and white cell count data are present graphically in two figures. There does not appear to be any immunological relationship between Dengue fever and Colorado tick fever. Keywords
