Abstract
Anti-inflammatory and analgesic principles were isolated from the methanol extract of the whole herb of Pyrola rotundifolia L., based on bioassay of the inhibitory activities on carrageenan-induced hind paw edema in rats and on acetic acid-induced writhing in mice.
