Abstract
A new frequency stabilisation scheme for FDM optical signals is proposed. The laser diodes are frequency-locked to comb resonances of a Fabry-Perot interferometer by time division multiplexing. In the demonstration experiment with two laser diodes, a frequency stability of the order of 10−10 in the Allan variance (10 s integration time) has been achieved. Keywords
