Abstract
In two of three patients with mycotic aneurysms of the abdominal aorta, diagnosis was delayed, with a fatal outcome in one patient. A combination of studies, such as indium white blood cell scanning, and anatomical imaging modalities, such as CT and MRI, may be necessary to arrive at the correct diagnosis. Keywords
