Abstract
A peroxidase technique was used for the immunohistochemical demonstration of canine distemper viral antigen in formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded tissues. The antigen was detected in epithelial cells and nerve cells of young dogs. The application of a combined peroxidase and hematoxylin and eosin stain as a diagnositic technique is discussed. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
