Abstract
A method of producing experimental pulmonary infarcts in dogs and detecting them by a scintiscan technic employing aggregates of I131-tagged human serum albumin is presented. The clinical application of this diagnostic test in detecting pulmonary infarcts is described and discussed The application of this technic in evaluating other diseases of the chest is outlined.
