Abstract
Lecithophyllum anteroporum n. sp. is described from Merluccius productus from British Columbia waters. Other hosts in the North Pacific are Oncorhynchus nerka and O. gorbuscha. The status of the genera Lecithophyllum Odhner, Aponurus Looss, and Brachadena Linton, and allocation of species within these genera are discussed. Keys to separate the three genera and the four species of Lecithophyllum are presented. Aponurus intermedius Manter is transferred to Lecithophyllum with L. fuscum Yamaguti as a synonym. Keywords
